We have 6 important reasons to ensure that our GRAPES are VIP

 

ONLY ORGANIC GRAPES FROM STRAINS OVER 10 YEARS OLD

 

We only harvest grapes from organic vineyards over 10 years old. During the first 5 years of life of our organic plants, WE REJECT ALL PRODUCTION.

 

LOW PERFORMANCE, HIGH QUALITY

 

Most of the actions that are developed in the vineyard are destined to achieve a low level of performance in terms of kilos per plant, in benefit of quality. In other words: less grapes but exquisite!

 

 

REJECT A LOT OF FRUIT OR, DIRECTLY, DO NOT HARVEST

 

We are only going to bring to the winery grapes capable of becoming wine of the highest quality. This forces us to reject an important part of the harvest (between 15 and 65% of the production) or, in some cases, we directly DO NOT VINTAGE and DO NOT PRODUCE WINE.

WE DO NOT WANT ADDITIVES

We don't need to! When using grapes of the highest quality, it is not necessary to make corrections or mask defects.

POLYPHENOLS ANTIOXIDANTS

In our laboratory we daily monitor the process of making our wines. We are looking for a high content of antioxidant polyphenols, heart healthy!

WINE FROM THE LAND MALLORCA

Our wines are marketed under the classification and protected geographical indication VI DE LA TERRA MALLORCA or VI DE LA TERRA ILLES BALEARS.
